Right of Withdrawal and returns

The following texts describe and explain rights of withdrawal and provide guidance on what the customer needs to do in the event of a necessary return.

Cases for Right of Withdrawal

Customer expectations not fulfilled

  1. If the size of one or more clothing items is not suitable (too large or too small), or

  2. if the color or design of the clothing item does not meet your expectations, you can return the product(s) to the following address:

    Return Deadline:

    The products must be returned to the delivery address within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. If you are unable to meet this deadline, please contact us by email ( or phone (+49163 / 788 73 80).

    Please ensure that the items are in their original condition, unused, and include all original packaging and labels.

In the event of unmet expectations, the customer can choose from the following options:

1. Exchange

If an exchange is desired, the customer will return the defective product to the specified delivery address. Upon receiving the product, FlowSoul will promptly send an identical clothing item with the desired size to the customer.

In the case of an exchange, FlowSoul kindly requests the customer to include the completed exchange form in the return package or to send it via email. You can download the return receipt form here: Return Receipt Form Download.

2. Cost reimbursement

A refund can only be processed once FlowSoul has received the product. In this case, it is necessary to include the following completed document in the return package or send it via email:

3. Individual wishes.

For any other customer requests or specific needs, please contact us directly through email at or by phone at 0163 / 788 73 80. We will be happy to assist you and address your individual requirements through personal communication.

Damaged order

If one or more products have arrived at the customer with faulty printing or have been damaged (e.g., holes or missing seams), we kindly request contacting us via email at Please attach pictures of the damage and provide a description of the issue.


After the initial contact, further steps will be discussed between me (Lars Folz) and the customer to determine the appropriate course of action.


Deadline for contacting us regarding damaged orders:


In the case of damaged goods, the customer must contact us within 14 days from the day of order receipt.
